Client Outcomes
The SVP team developed and implemented a comprehensive defense strategy that included litigation in both Ukraine and Belize.
The lawyers restored corporate control over the company, secured the return of the shopping mall from unlawful possession, and proved the fact of a fraudulent transfer of assets.
In early 2023, the Supreme Court of Ukraine finally confirmed the client’s ownership rights. In May–June 2023, a public auction was held, enabling repayment of over 75% of the company’s debts.
On November 1, 2023, the purchaser officially registered ownership of the asset.
