Highlighting Cultural Heritage Protection

On October 15, Forbes Ukraine published an article featuring interviews with public activists discussing the protection of our cultural heritage.

 

The article mentions the case of the Kyiv District Zemstvo Building at 37 Reitarska Street, which is being handled by our legal team at SVP. This is one example of how we strive to protect important sites and demonstrate how legal mechanisms work in this field.

 

Our firm contributed to the preparation and publication of this material! Nazar Bilotserkovets, Anastasia Kurbatska, and Andriy Selepey prepared a legal memo regarding the issues in implementing legislation on the protection of cultural heritage, which helped strengthen the comments of the speakers (co-plaintiffs in our case) in the article.
