Continuing to strengthen our collaboration with the Faculty of Law at NaUKMA

We are delighted to continue our partnership with the Faculty of Law at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”!

 

On September 16, at the invitation of NaUKMA, our partner, Dr. Nazar Bilotserkovets from Selepey, Volkovetsky & Partners, delivered a lecture to third-year students on civil procedure, focusing on “Evidence and Proof.” They discussed standards of proof, the subject of proof, “negative evidence,” the properties of evidence, evaluation criteria, and the differences between civil and commercial procedures. The students even got some practice asking the right questions to help clarify important details in a case.

 

It was a wonderful opportunity to share knowledge and experience, and to support future lawyers on their professional journey. We believe that such meetings will help students acquire essential skills and prepare for the challenges ahead!
